How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form, call (786) 592-1077, or WhatsApp us. Include the size, cooler or freezer, floor or no floor, doors, refrigeration, and the ZIP where it ships. We usually reply the same day.
Why are walk-in prices not on the website?
Every walk-in is built to order, and the price depends on the size, floor, doors, refrigeration and freight to your ZIP. Send us your build and we reply with a written quote. Restaurant equipment prices are shown in the online catalog.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing through our financing partner, subject to approval. Check the financing box on the quote form or ask us, and we will include financing options with your quote.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size, the options and our production schedule at the time.
Sizing & options
Can you help me figure out what size I need?
Yes. Tell us what you store and how much space you have, and we will help size the box and the refrigeration. Our standard sizes page is a good place to start.
Do you build custom sizes?
Yes. Standard sizes or built to your exact measurements. Boxes wider than 10 feet need ceiling support and are engineered per project.
Do I need a floor?
Not always. Coolers can go floorless on a level concrete slab, or get our insulated floor. Freezers always get our insulated floor, unless the concrete slab is already insulated; then the freezer can go right on the concrete.
Split system or self-contained?
Split systems put the condensing unit outside the box and suit most walk-ins. Self-contained units mount on the box and suit many smaller boxes. We recommend one based on your size, load and location.
What refrigeration brands do you use?
Turbo Air, Tecumseh and Heatcraft split systems, or self-contained units, matched to your box. Your installer supplies the line set and refrigerant charge.
Can you build just a door?
Yes. Custom cooler and freezer doors for any opening, including replacement doors for walk-ins we did not build.
Shipping & installation
Do you ship nationwide? Can you export?
Yes. We ship to every U.S. state. For export to other countries, we ship to your freight forwarder. Freight is quoted on your written quote.
How does it arrive?
Walk-ins ship as panels designed for straightforward assembly on site. Refrigeration and restaurant equipment may ship separately, direct from the manufacturer.
Do you install?
No. We manufacture and ship. Most customers use their own contractor or a local refrigeration technician. Once your order is placed, we can refer you to an installer.
Do you service or repair walk-ins?
No. We build and sell the equipment. For service, contact a local refrigeration company.
Do I need a permit?
Requirements vary by city and county, so check with your local building department before you order. If you are in Florida, we can help with permitting.
