How long does it take?
It depends on the size, the options and our production schedule at the time.
Do you ship outside Florida?
Yes. We build in Miami and ship nationwide. For export, we ship to your freight forwarder. Freight is quoted to your job-site ZIP.
Is refrigeration included?
Only if you choose it. Every system is a matched condensing unit and unit cooler (or a self-contained unit), sized to your box and listed on your quote.
Do I need a floor?
Not always. Coolers can go floorless on a level concrete slab, set on floor angles. Freezers always get our insulated manufactured floor, unless the slab is already insulated; then the freezer can go right on the concrete. Coolers can get the floor too.
Do you install?
We manufacture and ship; installation isn't included. Once your order is placed, we can refer you to a refrigeration installer.
How should I prepare the site?
You'll need a level, square surface, enough clearance around the box, and a clear path for delivery. Floorless boxes need a suitable concrete slab. Your installer will confirm power and drain needs for the refrigeration you pick.
Can you build taller than 8 feet?
Yes, 9' boxes are available. Ask for a quote and we'll size the refrigeration for the extra height.
